1. Use of Services
MajorWager provides market insights, options analytics, educational content, and related data services intended for informational and educational purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer our systems, redistribute content, or automate access in ways not authorized by us.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. Sharing your login credentials or account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of service.
3. Free Trial Policy
MajorWager offers a one-time free trial per individual. Abuse of the trial system, including creating multiple accounts to access additional free trials, violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to immediately charge your payment method or suspend your access if we determine trial abuse has occurred.
4. Subscription and Billing
All paid plans are billed through Whop.com, our third-party subscription provider. By subscribing, you authorize Whop to charge your chosen payment method in accordance with the pricing and billing cycle selected at checkout.
Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription through Whop.
No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. No Financial Advice
All content provided by MajorWager is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or financial services. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Use of our tools does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. Markets carry risk, and you agree to use our services at your own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data, graphics, trademarks, logos, and underlying code are the property of MajorWager LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or fraud, or compromised the security or integrity of our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
